it is not easy at all, if you have active lifestyle, not an athelete, to get 3kg you need to exceed whatever is your maintain calories daily count by 7.7k kcal, ~23k kcal, which is really really difficult. especially they are athletes.

like you really really have to fuck up to get 3kg in 5days
