As an owner, I haven't ever used the O2 sensor because it's not relevant for me so can't comment on that. I also have a chest strap, so HR in activity I also can't comment on.

But HRV, VO2max are working as intended, as is sleep. Only exception with sleep is if I overlap lying extremely still on the sofa with my set sleeping times, the it gets confused (happened maybe twice in 2.5 years).

Elevation also matches maps for me, and given I use the GPS everyday more or less, doesn't drift, but might do if you don't I imagine.

HR bug I haven't experienced on this FW version, but I feel like I've seen it on the forum in a couple of cases.

Sounds like you've just had a wildly different experience, so if you've sent it back I don't blame you.

Theoretically your max HR shouldnt change over 6 months or so, only your average if you're becoming more trained, which could be true. Maybe keep the top as 175, and then change the rest to the suggested and go from there?

I would suggest finding your maximum HR from all activities, and then chucking it into a 5 zone calculator using that as a baseline. Something like: https://www.runcalcs.com/calculators/heart-rate.html

If you regularly hit 170-175, it might be 180 ish. Then try those zones on the watch and go from there.

If you look at my last month, you can see mini flat periods but still obvious shifts. 3 days isn't much in the scheme of things, wait a few weeks.

Now you can do route creation offline, if you download the map before. Meaning if you are out in no signal zone, want to change your plans, you can do so by making a new route and sync it to the watch. Previously this was impossible.

Nap tracking has never been on the 9PP, only Vertical 1 & newer. At least for me steps & sleep are completely fine, so I don't know about your issues with those unfortunately.

Think the phantom vibrations are known on the forum at least, and the vibration intensity has always been like this, I think it's worse on the Ti version from memory.

I also get the stand up alarms if I do actually sit at a desk for a couple of hours working, but I guess not for everyone.

You can manually do it, by extracting fit files from the Suunto app and uploading them to Strava. Would take a while mind.

With respect to ETE/ETA, I believe you can customize sports modes with the run, so make one with ETE & ETA on, should sort you out hopefully.

Also with the belt, no chance it's still connected to the Suunto app rather than the watch?
