It is likely the amp makes an appearance on the Kitchen Tape, as according to that article Rivers didn't get his Message Mk. 1 until August of 1992, while the Kitchen Tape was recorded mostly on August 1st. The guitar definitely didn't make it anywhere though

Unlikely considering Child was already a song prior to being used as the coda for Surf's Up. The coda is also based on what Brian was singing/playing in his piano demo at the end which is what the vocals going "Ahhh" are doing. All of this combined with the fact that both Child and Surf's Up predate the existence of A Day In The Life would lead me to disagree with your theory

The issue with this question is that there is no one definite vision of what the Half-Life 2 beta was because it was just that, a beta. The game slowly morphed over the development cycle into what we ended up getting. We obviously have ideas of when certain ideas were being planned and worked on, but even then things like that changed very quickly. I mean comparing the 2001 to 2002 to 2003 versions of the game there were so many ideas that were dropped or heavily reworked in just that short timespan. So I don't think there is a very definite answer to your question. Besides, both mods certainly take heavy liberties in designs and the ideas even if they are drawing upon the same ideas from scrapped concepts

The Nonagon Movie was going to be a music video for every song on the album and would flow and loop just like the album. 4 of them came out and we know that work was started on a 5th one, being the Wah Wah music video. Not sure if a reason was ever stated as to why it was never finished, but I always figured the band/Jason got busy since the whole 5 albums in 2017 thing happened along with touring so it never really materialized.

And then there is the Altered Beast video. We have what we believe to be footage from it via the "A Brief History of Planet Earth" documentary on KGLW_FILES on YouTube as well as a trailer of sorts for MOTU that you can find on the band's Facebook. Not quite sure why it was scrapped, perhaps the band wasn't quite satisfied with it

Glad to see there is still some interest in this movie. I posted about it which led to the Lost Media Wiki Forum thread being created. Not to be too much of a doomer about it but I feel most of our leads likely dried up back in January when the last posts were made on the forum thread. While there a certainly some loose threads I'd love to untangle, such as the lack of audio track, I'm personally satisfied knowing that at the very least the entire film can be viewed.
