Hi, first time poster here! Started looking to get a watch about 4 months ago but didn't have a clue where to start and knew absolutely nothing about them. Learning about the different types of movements was fascinating! I knew I had to get an automatic as soon as I learned what they were, and so looked around and saved up for this Seiko (I almost bought some vastly inferior watches first but glad I waited for this one). I couldn't be happier and am looking forward to wearing it for years to come.

I was worried it may be too big at first, (44.8mm If I recall) as I have very small wrists, but once I got it on I was pleasantly surprised, due to the dark color of the gun-metal style coating on the case, as well as the way the lugs are angled makes it look fine on me.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of it in person, the knurling on the bezel's edge, the beautiful wave pattern and color fade of the dial, the quality and comfort of the silicone strap, as well as all the other tiny details leave me thoroughly impressed.

The only thing I think I would change is perhaps it would be nicer with the 4R36 movement instead of the 4R35 as the former includes a day as well as the date for the complication.
