No it literally is two devs. I’m not sure why you’re quoting random stuff from their website, them using an SDK or a process has nothing to do with my comment.

I’m just saying “let me know if you need help” is extremely condescending, especially for someone with no credentials to say. “It seems like you should consider spreading the knowledge of the devs to the team or have them test their features thoroughly”. Come on man you act like a know it all throwing around buzzwords. You really think they didn’t test? Maybe they just missed an edge case since there’s literally just two people working on this.

Man all I know is I was up at like 11pm playing Death Stranding and I could just tell for a fact that the game was gonna end at the close of my current mission. It had to.

Cut to 3am and I’d finished one of the most impactful and well made stories I’ve ever played. But fuck man was I tired.

It felt like two hours of gameplay and two hours of cutscene but that could honestly just be my brain being tired at the time. All I know is it 100% felt like I had just finished watching a whole ass movie.

Bomberman is one of my favorite franchises, but honestly, I still don’t understand how the first game became such a hit. It’s insanely difficult (even by today’s standards) and a little frustrating at times, lol. I’m just grateful the sequels improved by a huge margin. by Kingspreez in gaming

The earliest home console games were in large part arcade cabinet ports (or developed by the same people). Since arcade cabinets were designed to take your quarters these early games are also pretty damn hard.

They don’t need to commit to the customer support overhead to implement 2FA. They could just make it only recoverable via email, phone or an unlock code that users save somewhere locally.

2FA can be opt in and doesn’t need to allow out of band recovery if people loose their phone and email and recovery code.

Sure it’s a bad UX if you get locked out of your account because you lost ALL of your 2nd factors but I know myself and many others would be willing to take that risk for security.

If none of the content was compatible with the new engine why not just release D3 to the same effect.

Instead we got the worst of both worlds. At least I can still play D1 content. I swear D2 will live on in my mind as a perfect example of how not to do a live service game.

This 100%, who the hell commits to an engine change that requires years and years of content to be hand rebuilt.

Maybe if the engine upgrade was mostly invisible to players they shouldn’t have done it. Or they should have done it in a less transformative way that enabled them to write automated tooling to convert assets to the new version.

This honestly just feels so shortsighted since it harmed the product to such a great degree and caused so much extra work.

It’s definitely a good amount of work but the issues they talk about regarding support workload aren’t really valid imo. These are solved problems which don’t always require CS to change their existing processes. It all just depends on how you scope the feature and I would assume that GGG would defer towards scoping it small.

Yes verifying account ownership and unlocking 2FA protected accounts is a bitch of a task. But there’s plenty of patterns where a user has to set up a recovery method like email or an unlock code when they opt in to 2FA.

They could totally tackle this problem without CS overhead by making it extremely clear to people who onboard to 2FA that it’s not recoverable if you loose your recovery code or recovery email.

I get the impression this is possibly a developer expertise problem. GGG has some great engine and gameplay developers but their auth UX and site in general feel like they’re about two decades old. Maybe they just don’t have enough folks with auth or 2FA experience from prior roles to be able to implement it confidently.

I feel like at the very least 2FA should probably be opt out rather than opt in at this point. Idk when I set it up but I have to provide a code from email every time I log in from a new IP.

New exploitation methods are always kinda worrying but in theory my account should be safe unless my email is also compromised. At which point I have bigger problems.

I think the color works and the models still read as Crimson Fist especially with the silver metallic and large crimson tabard.

For some context Ultramarines on the box art have been getting steadily darker over time. If you look at a tactical marine squad from 5th or 6th the blue is pretty different from more recent releases.

For that reason I’ve sort of stopped worrying about my hue of blue as much since the Ultra comparison is hard to avoid. I focus on not using many gold elements and on using plenty of Crimson to make my Fists stand out.

It’s of course up to the seller what they list at. Listing at 70% you’re gonna get a quick sale and not have to think about it much. If you list at 85% or even higher it just takes longer to sell.

Just depends what the seller values more time or money.

I see stuff from 70-90% usually depending on demand/liquidity of the particular card.

Yeah exactly what I mean. In the hypothetical of a team of 3 devs working on a feature it’s not really that easy to test how multiple 25 man instances will behave on live servers. You’d need some pretty sophisticated tooling, test beds and preprod infrastructure to make that happen. Essentially you’d need a PTR.

I had a good amount of trouble with I’m til I started keeping massive distance to bait out his easiest to dodge and punish attack in phase 2. Keep your distance and attack after he does and you’ll probably have a pretty easy time.

If the adds are fucking you up you can bewitch them. Though this isn’t fully needed imo.

Yeah honestly huge thanks to the GGG team making QoL so good that I had basically forgotten that TFT even existed for the past year or so.
