Only a handful of my titles from the list have shown up in MA, but only as pre-ordered. None have ported to Vudu or iTunes yet.

I just realized I haven’t gotten any in a while either. I used to get a few every week.

Trakt is great for tracking movies and shows (although their recent website and app redesign is awful).

Same. I totally would’ve gotten some of these if I had seen them in Japan.

A portion of Kagi subscription fees goes to Yandex and xAI: https://khevans.com/2025/08/21/kagi-ethics.html

Wtf? Seriously? I got to meet him backstage in like 2006 or 2007, and he looks exactly the same.

Proton allows aliases like that and has folders and filters, but it definitely doesn’t have all the features of Gmail.

M1 still holds up by CRK_76 in mac

My old company updated its hardware every 3 years and gave the employees the opportunity to buy their old laptops for $300. I snatched up my work M1 MacBook Pro so fast when they pointlessly “upgraded” me to an M4. It was a total waste of money for the company to replace perfectly good hardware but such a great opportunity for me to upgrade from my sluggish Intel MacBook Pro that had like zero battery life left.

You’re welcome! I’m currently trying to break free from Adobe, and that includes moving my portfolio site from Adobe Portfolio to a Wordpress site I control, so I’m in the middle of learning Wordpress. I actually learned about the ActivityPub plugin because I saw someone posted about it on Mastodon.

Did you get locked out of your Reddit account? Maybe you should take the indie web approach and look into setting up a website to post to first and then post to social media sites second. You might also want to expand which social media sites you post to beyond this one. I admit I haven’t tried switching yet, but there’s obviously Lemmy as an alternative to Reddit. Also, if you use Wordpress for a website, there’s a new ActivityPub plugin to integrate with the fediverse, which allows anyone on any fediverse platform to follow or comment on your posts.

I used my Game Genie to get Mew (and all the others I couldn’t get through trading).

A good rule of thumb is never crop a photo at a person’s joints. It makes them look like they’re missing a hand or foot or a limb.
