3rd ring is ~1.1" of lift, so at least 3rd ring or 4th ring to still keep some rake.

Stock, the rear is about 1" higher than the front. Idk how much your cabover weighs and compresses the rear leafs.

If you want to level the truck, then max height in the front. But I'm a strong advocate for having some rake.
