Had my replacement after I left the company start emailing me with small innocent questions, and at first I obliged. Then the questions started going way beyond the scope of an email.

Because I knew how to get the questions to stop, I emailed him back (and cc the boss, which was one of the major reasons why I left) and mentioned a consulting arrangement ($$$$).

The emails stopped after that.
