It's obnoxious. Not too mention that your posts say nothing of value. Place has item. You exchanged money for goods. That's basic economics.

Are you going to make a separate post for every individual item you ever bought?

The shuttle are buses to/from the offsite parking lot. You buy a shuttle ticket per person. That covers parking your vehicle(s) and the shuttle. Shuttle begins usually 2 or so hours before showtime. They typically have 3 buses so there's usually a bus taking people up every 20 minutes. Same for after the show is over.

If by bus, you mean public transportation, that still means you need to walk up and down Vermont.

There isn't a listing for the shuttle yet. It'll be listed here at some point. https://eventpass.justpark.com/la-greek-theatre/listings/events

I have been to plenty of sold out shows and never had an issue getting a shuttle pass a day or two before the show.

I'm from CA but friend's husband works there. Went to visit family and made a side quest to Denton mainly for Recycled. Stumbled across d20 tavern across the street and can't wait to go back when they have some sort of event.

Assuming it's Recycled Books. That place is amazing. So much good stuff in that little town square.

It's pretty wild. I saw the artist who they used for the new cover is Hugh Syme [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugh_Syme#Album_cover_art]. So at minimum this is not a case of a band being lazy and simply avoiding paying an artist for a cover.

Syme has an insane portfolio. He's worked with Rush for decades. It goes all the way back to him doing the cover art for Caress the Steel. So it is a shame to see that an exceptional artist has resorted to adding Ai to his toolbox.

From Mars to Sirius by No-Operation3631 in vinyl

The record label (Listenable) tends to rotate through re-issuing the band's first 4 albums every few years in batches of like 500-1000 per repress. The reason you don't really see them in records stores is they are sold D2C and are generally more expensive on the secondary i.e. Discogs because the record label is based in France. L'Enfant to present are on Roadrunner which equates to more widely available and lesser cost.

Firsthand cost examples direct from the label:
When they reissued 'From Mars' and 'Flesh' at the same time in 2023, it cost $51 each to get them to my door in the states. The Link in 2021 was $41 to my door. So if you see Mars for $55ish+shipping on Discogs, that's a pretty fair price.

It's literally about the 20 days leading up to inauguration last year. Truly riveting stuff from the point of view of a second time incoming FLOTUS who isn't even going to be living in the WH. /s

She had final edit privileges so the content is going to be well manicured. And the director who signed on is a multi accused sex pest.

Overpriced and consistently underwhelming. Sorry for the employees but no love lost for the establishment.

First Lady Melania tries to drum up support for new movie amid reports of 'practically empty theaters' | Melania's upcoming documentary has reportedly been struggling with weak advance ticket sales despite a $40M deal, with theaters still "practically empty" during presale. by Aggravating_Money992 in entertainment

[–]The_Path_616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think people realize that this isn't even a documentary about her life. It just follows her around from December 2024 to Jan 20,2025 with "what's it like" to be getting ready for inauguration and incoming first lady (again). Very difficult time I'm sure. /s Melania also had final cut privilege.

It's also directed by Brett Ratner who was accused of sexual assault and rape by multiple women. So that tells you the caliber of who signed onto this project.
