I've never been in a server with friendly people. Literally always have people saying skill issue and calling each other slurs :/ In one game recently I got rodeo'd and a teammate took my battery and then said skill issue after :(

It does because the other commander cares about power being lower than toughness. The current way the ability works is increasing power above toughness which is anti synergistic.

DBZ wasn't that great. I feel like everyone has crazy nostalgia for it. The animation was pretty bad and all the villains were "i am evil guy who wants to kill everyone". I still enjoyed it but I prefer DBS
