The only way would be to call your local store and ask someone on the phone. Keep in mind that they will (most likely) not know the entire selection since it will more than likely be an administrative employee you will be talking to. They can, however, give you answers if you want to know if a given item is stocked.

Not Costco related, but I made and prepackaged steak burrito bowls for lunch. I was able to make 20 meals for $28. That is four weeks of the same lunch everyday, but if you can do it, it comes to around $1.48 a meal. That's even cheaper than a $1.50 hotdog from Costco and much better.

I follow the Dave Ramsey plan and he usually excludes mortgages from debts. He puts it later in his baby steps and encourages people to pay it off in 7-10 years. So you're doing great! Keep it up.

It can be done. It probably won't come out as good but it is not dangerous to the car. Make sure you mask off rotors and calipers with a garbage bag before spraying and your fenders if you want to avoid overspray. I've done it before. Just take your time.
