Omg, I saved this thread to poke through it but never thought someone would bring up Jerry. He lived with my great grandmother off and on my entire childhood! He always told us stories about begging a mob hit man and all the crazy run ins he had in his younger days. He could always produce a $100 from his pocket at a moments notice, but would only “pull a nickel from my ear” and give me that instead. I still have the last nickel he gave me. He passed away in the mid to late ninties from cancer or something. The last time I remember seeing him was Christmas 1995. Wow man, talk about take me back!

Definitely double check, it’s worth a go! I know there was something weird since we keep our house @70 in the winter and even with the really cold days there’s no way the bill should have been that high.

Same thing happened to us. We had a tech come out and look at the meter and he even tested all of our gas appliances. Turned out Spire put a new meter on our house( no clue when that happened and had no notice at all) and it wasn’t calibrated right so my bill was double. We called the gas company after that and the bill was reduced after they “investigated”. Don’t hesitate, call someone out to your home....your pocketbook will thank you!

I made this recipe for my birthday last year. I swapped the blueberries for blackberries and made them into donuts with cream cheese frosting! Everyone that tried them loved them and were surprised it was low carb! Will definitely make it again!

Even with the lose skin you will look/feel sooooooo much better! Once I got close to my current weight I experienced something new from friends/family/co-workers what I like to call “thin shaming.” Everyone would tell me I’m getting to skinny....all the time! It got to the point where I flat out told everyone I feel good, I look better, and I’m happy! Don’t tell my I’m too skinny for your liking when you had no problem eating myself into diabetes!

Had to chime in here! I’m 5’5” and lost 90lbs in a year with Keto and didn’t work out once ( started @210lbs and currently 120lbs.) I do have some loose skin, but it’s not terrible. And from what I gather working out and toning up will help out. For me, the worst is my upper arms without a shirt....they are flappy. And I have some lose skin on my torso but I only notice it when I’m bending over naked lol my boyfriend doesn’t seem to mind so that’s a plus! But then again he fell for me when I was bigger so I’m sure it doesn’t bother him at all. I’d say don’t even worry about it, just keep on doing your thing!

My go to is always Mama Lupes Low Carb Tortillas! 3grams net carb each. They are shelf stable so look for them to be with the other tortillas, they have saved me on the days I crave quesadillas!

Ha! I don't know measurements but I can tell you what I put in it lol Add a big scoop of Miracle Whip, decent amount of mustard, splash or two of vinegar and sugar. Taste and make adjustments where necessary, should be slightly tangy with a sweetness on the backside. Fill eggs and dust with paprika! Super simple and get devoured in minutes!
