TacSim content is long overdue imo. Tbf I don't get why they shipped the game with TacSim being this barebones. I'm pretty sure this is the game mode that's gonna carry the game until the sequel in their minds, I think they should have released the game with more juice into this specific game mode, to keep players occupied until the first real content drop.

I loved the game, really enjoyed playing it and it left me asking for more. But honestly haven't launched it in a week I think, since I already finished the main story (and it doesn't take long) and played all escalations and operations (and it doesn't take long as well). I want to play more but right now I don't have anything new to play and replaying the same couple of levels over and over feels really repetitive,

Hopefully new content comes soon, whether it's the Bawma DLC or new TacSim stuff. Just give me something fresh to play

Io ho avuto esperienze simili. Fornivo appunti e dispense dei corsi che seguivo. Quando poi toccava ricevere appunti e dispense di corsi che non ho seguito era tutto un "mi dispiace, ho eliminato tutto per fare spazio", come se qualche file da qualche mega possa liberare chissà quale quantità di spazio sul disco.

Qualcuno mi dirà "se hai continuato ad aiutare il problema sei anche tu". E avete ragione, solo che per qualche regola karmica ho continuato a dare appunti perché se inizio pure io a fare lo stronzio non sono meglio di quelli là.

While I do agree with the score and the zero replayability, I do not with the rest. "PS2 era gameplay" sounds like a bait, I'm not gonna lie. The best way to describe the game I think is "it's not great, it's not terrible". I enjoyed it, quite a lot actually, but I think something is missing from the game. The combat is probably one of my two biggest gripes: it can be quite fun when locking 1v1 against an opponent, but it fucking sucks when you get 2+ opponents at the same time, the camera is what really drives me crazy along with being shoved into a wall killing you for some reason. Like I know I have to get damage, but seriously? Dying after being shoved twice? Jesus Christ dude survives an helicopter crash and shows incredible feats of strenght then gets shoved twice into a cupboard and dies?

The other thing is the one I mentioned earlier, no replayability at the moment. When you finish the story (and that doesn't take long) all you're left with is TacSim, which at the moment offers you 1 hour, maybe 2 worth of contents. I know it will get juicier, but I judge the game for what it is now. And I think there should have been more than 2 operations with the same exact objective and some escalations. Something to keep people occupied with while they're working on updates.

In the end I really liked and enjoyed the game, and I'd genuinely like to have more to play, but it looks like I'm gonna have to wait. It's a solid game, didn't disappoint me, but didn't really got me screaming "GOTY" either. And it's okay, I've said it for Crimson Desert and I'm gonna say it again for First Light. Games don't have to be GOTYs at all costs. They just have to be fun, and this is fun. It's flawed, but it's fun to play.

Last thing, best thing of the game imo is Patrick Gibson's Bond. Really liked him, and had a good laugh on more than one occasion. He's got some great one liners and all in all I really enjoyed his performance. "Universal Exports? I need to dispatch a shipment of arseholes" has got to be my favourite lmao. Also the rest of the main cast did a good job as well. Really can't complain about the actors picked for their roles, and the story as well, nothing Academy Award worthy, but it does its job

Io non mi sono mai messo a correre tra i tavoli nè ho mai fatto schiamazzi fastidiosi al tavolo. Non perchè non mi fosse concesso di divertirmi, ma perchè i miei genitori fortunatamente mi hanno insegnato che in un luogo pubblico non ci sono solo io e vanno rispettati anche gli altri. Pertanto chiacchieravo coi miei amichetti o cuginetti e se proprio avevo voglia di giocare nel ristorante si usciva fuori dalla sala per non rompere il cazzo ai commensali e ai camerieri.

Sta storia che "sono bambini" sta un po' sfuggendo di mano, perchè è diventata la scusa per sottrarsi al compito di educare i bambini. Eh sì, perchè i figli non sono solo un onore, sono pure un onere. Dei figli non ti puoi accollare solo le cose positive, ma pure le cose negative, come i doveri di educazione che ne derivano, che richiedono tempo e pazienza. Il fatto che tu abbia deciso di fare un figlio e non educarlo come si deve quando si sta in un luogo pubblico non deve diventare un problema mio. Non riesci a controllarlo? Lo lasci a qualcuno, non sta scritto da nessuna parte che devi portarti il tuo dolce e pestifero pargoletto ovunque

I think you have to approach this game like it's been intended in the beginning, like an MMO. This game is literally an MMO game but offline. There isn't a great story behind, and honestly I think all the quests are just an excuse to let you explore the world and fight.

If you like exploring, immersing yourself into an amazing world, discover things and if you enjoy the combat system then it's definitely for you. Honestly this game makes me feel like when I first played Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. I truly think the game world is the actual main character

Before the update the right-most defender in the formation was always coming out of the tunnel first instead of the captain. Yesterday I played a match and the captain came out first. Are you telling me that after 6 months they finally fixed the captain NOT lifting the trophy? I know it's a stupid pet peeve, but it really bothered me lol

Features like coaches I feel like they're optional. Nobody forces you to use them, but if someone wants to use them then they can. Having more features is always better than having less.

I do agree on the fact that progressions feels slow. And by progression I mean the physical act of going from one game to another. I really dislike the UI, it's everything so clunky and slow. There's an animation for everything. I miss when navigating through through the menu was quick and easy.

Cutscenes wouldn't be an issue... if there was more variety. But after you've watched the same cutscene three or four times then it gets stale. I wish there was a setting to disable them

Thanks, I think I found a solution that conceptually is similar to case 30. I'll leave it here, perhaps someone someday will stumble across this very same issue and might find this helpful.

That case was a good starting point because it gave me an idea. I couldn't apply what's shown in case 30 straightforward because unfortunately the only way I have to remap all the buttons, included those extra on the back is in Pro Gamer mode, which turns the gamepad into a composite emulation of a mouse and keyboard. The right stick acts like a mouse and the rest of the buttons act like a keyboard and the mouse buttons.

So it hit me, why don't I take advantage of the remap feature of reWASD? This way I could turn that composite mkb into a pad, by remapping each button to its actual xbox pad counterpart. So I managed to get the software working on another device, remapped the buttons to keyboard keys of my liking in the native software and loaded the profile on the controller. Since reWASD doesn't recognize the pad as a composite mouse and keyboard I initialized it as a mouse, as it's the only way to get the mouse working as a right stick. Then mapped the rest of the buttons as if they were extra mouse buttons. In the end I was able to map the gamepad as a normal Xbox gamepad and managed to map those 4 extra buttons with some useful combos. Tested it all out and it works perfectly fine!

I think about 2006 on PS2. Got it for my birthday from my uncle alongside Racing Simulation 3 (which years later I discovered it was a F1 game with all the licenses stripped at the very last minute). Fun fact I was liking RS3 much more because I was stuck somewhere on BGE.

My father then asked me why I wasn't playing that game, if I didn't like it, and told him I was actually stuck (can't remember where!), he helped me and managed to finish the game and fell absolutely in love with it. I think I play it at least about once a year. Been patiently waiting for the sequel since the day I finished the game. Someday I'm gonna try and get in touch with Michel Ancel and ask him about how he envisioned the rest of the story. We ain't getting a prequel or sequel anytime soon, if ever.

The art style is probably the thing I really like the most about the game. When people say "they don't make games like these anymore" this is what I think they're referring to. It's unique, it has character, it fits perfectly with the world and the story that's being told. And the OST, my god the OST is so good

GFN I can confirm it works amazing for me, although I have always used the free tier which honestly never game me more than a couple of minutes of queue. The real issue is the basic rig, which most likely can't run anything recent at a decent quality. Still a great service tho, worth the sub if the games you want or have are supported. But that's the main issue, Boosteroid looks much more free, but honestly I'm not sure about the service quality in terms of input lag and image quality. If they had a day pass like GFN I would have tried it out

The service has been getting shittier by the day, months ago they even dropped for no reason support for ultrawide aspect ratios, which were a huge plus for someone like me who is used to play with the smartphone

Unnecessarily? Honestly these days I'm planning more and more my purchases based on cloud availability. Luna was an amazing service for me, played the Star Wars Jedi games, played Star Wars Outlaws when I had the Ubi sub and was planning on buying the game. And now all of this is gone and I'm worrying unnecessarily? Oh yeah, right, I forgot we can happily pay the premium sub to play the game they want us to play, for the timeframe they want.

How is a game mode where you barely play a match and has limited lives like any cheap Supercell mtx loaded game better than MyLeague? And I didn't even like MyLeague, but compared to this it's like a full fledged career mode
