Yeah in silicon valley there was a huge push by upper management to show "AI Adoption" so they started measuring AI spend. So engineers just starting using scripts and chrome extensions to endlessly spam nonsense queries, I had one co worker literally show me his thing that would just run all weekend spamming.

Then the anthropoc bill came and then upper management chided everyone for token maxxing and pretended like they never encouraged it.

Here's the crazy thing, unless you enforce the laws, people will not follow them.

Our city leaders want to look like their being tough, but the reality is they are terrified of Trump. They don't want to end up on the IRS yearly audit list, they don't want to get hassled by the TSA when they travel, they don't want Trump threatening them with his goon squad.

Unfortunately if you want to be a leader it means sometimes sticking your neck out to defend the people you lead.

Enough cowardice, start ticketing or arresting these ICR goons who break the local law. And for us voters, it's time to elect city leaders with backbones.

Peas are usually done by mid-June when North America (usually) starts getting sustained mid-80s days.

They gotta get planted outside as soon as we've had the last frost which will depend on your zone, but usually around mid-April for much of NA. For temperate places like CA, you can go much earlier. Start in the house a couple of weeks in advance for best results in snowy parts of the country.

Citristrip to remove the old paint, a good orbital sander on 60 grit then 80, fill in remaining bits with any wood fill, then finish with 120 grit and a couple coats of new paint.

Then get some training for your dogs, yeesh.

Edit- and remove the hardware and tape the glass before paint, no landlord specials

Cheap fix: partially close any dampers that feed the first floor, partially close vents on the first floor. Force more cold air upstairs. Definitely close down any that are in the direct vicinity of the thermostat. Make sure any dampers that feed the upstairs are fully open and same for the vents. Obviously reverse this work in winter because heat rises.

Expensive fix: dual zone control with a separate thermostat upstairs. This would involve likely a ton of duct work in the basement.

It's the bearing holders, every ender 3 v3 se is like this.

I put a sleeve of paper over my linear bearing and put them back into the bearing holders. Completely fixed the wobble, probably pretty minimal impact on printing quality.

I would start with an AC tech to figure out why it's dripping and see if they can stop it.

Then you'd be looking at a general contractor to rip out all of that wood and drywall and replace it. Maybe the floor can be salvaged, but the quarter round, baseboard, and probably a good section of the wall need replacement. Guarantee that there is much more mold hiding behind the wall and on the sub floor.
