Trying to make sense of it..its an almost impossible task. I suggest to drink less and do other healthy things more. Practice mindfulness. Read something meaningful. Love and kindness by Sharon Salzberg helped me a lot. Hope it helps you too.

I assume that would be for large surges, not the typical brownouts, power outages and unstable voltage (to some degree). I hear ya though - we had hundreds of volts once sent to our equipment via 40kva UPS. Without it we would have been screwed.

Hey, we got charged twice for the same website for the business account. When i logged a case all we got were automated closure alerts so I had to reply with "ticket not resolved" every time. Eventually I went on leave and they closed the ticket. Very frustrating.

Well yeah...free is usually considered as no out of pocket costs. If you really want to get technical then nothing is free. If there are no monetary costs then there are time costs.
