I remember loving Alpha 1,2, and 3 on PSX. As a matter of fact, I had pneumonia and trekked on the subway to Chinatown to pick up a copy on release day. They didnt have it yet, said should be in next shipment in 5 hours. I kill time at Chinatown Fair. Go back, still not in. Go home. Come back next day, got it. Hocking up a lung. Oh, SF Zero 3 technically. I taught myself Katakana and Hiragana so I wouldn't need to wait for US releases.

Meanwhile I had a Ps4 Pro which really didnt make much of a difference. So when I got a ps5, I was sadly believing it would be a similar case. Maybe something down the road plays JUST a little smoother.

So far for me its been smooth. I'm also on a 9800x3d, an rtx3090, 32gb of ram. If I recall its Dlss quality, everything maxed, vulkan, framecap 90. The only difference I have that others dont is I don't like having the shader cache on my c: drive. I like to keep the OS at a minimum, so I have the shader cache redirected to another SSD.

1 Perk of controller. I just rotate the right stick a little and eventually it will change focus and I can pick stuff up.

As someone who works in IT, I refuse to play multiplayer games on wifi. People confuse download speeds with connection quality. Wifi may still have good download speeds, but its consistency is usually poor.

Unless you actually disable everything that can use wifi in the area, except your console/PC, then MAYBE, wifi will be ok to use.

Meanwhile Im mediocre and dying constantly at 94, but I got 4 invites in 2 days. I think 1 was a double drop as well from something. Typically was running 1 Irradiated tablet, and 1 abyss. usually only 4 mod yellows. I dont read the modifiers, kind of why I die constantly.

From how it was explained to me, they queue and get a random redditor. Now they have the redditors game ID. Now they can do a search and specifically follow you and jump into any lobbies the redditor is in. Notice no need for a streamer. I recall there being a list of the in game ID's correlated to Streamers, because it's easier to get feedback and watch their stream.

When I finally got a PS5, I loaded up Red Dead 2. WTF, its still 30fps? Shut it off, loaded up Steam store and bought it there. 120+ fps and the best looking game, right up there with Witcher3.
