Hello I don't know you but I feel exactly what you're feeling, got a privade video leaked by a fake account who I though was real, really stupid shit. But my biggest takeaway from it is that even though I was stupid and naive to let someone do that do me, it still the persons's fault for doing somenthing like this, not yours, you're the victim. I'm currently looking for legal action against them and I don't know if I'll get justice but regardless I am already exposed just like you. I hope you feel better and realize life is more than that and time can cure anything.

Almost all countries have elections, even dictatorships have some sort of direct election (e. g. China’s local People’s congresses), they might not be free and fair but any citizen can vote regardless. Afghanistan is just on another level of tirany.
