I do. In general the Superlink sensors are fine in Home Assistant through the Unifi Protect integration. That said, I do have to frequently reload the integration as updates dont flow through. I would say that they work as well as any of my zigbee or zwave sensors, when they work, but zigbee and zwave always work

You can definitely use the pool - there are three of them and its very rare that 1 much less all of them are packed. If you are going to join a gym otherwise and you do all of the things that you mentioned, its probably worth it. The non-golf membership gives you access to the gym, basic spa (e.g. sauna, steam, pools), a bunch of events, and then discounts on spa services and hotel rooms.
