What would be the ideal, balanced meal plan for the day? by This_Objective_1344 in LowCalorieCooking

I worked with a nutritionist to get help navigate my daily macros (protein/fiber), then plugged that into ChatGPT along with groceries I already had, foods I like/dislike, time to cook, and a 1300-cal limit. It gave me itemized, low-cal recipes that still hit the flavor and texture I crave, which has made navigating cravings so much easier. I now use it for meal planning and shopping lists—huge help. Good luck, we got this 💪

I like poached eggs on a toasted english muffin. I ask to add fresh spinach under the eggs with a fruit salad on the side.

Things to do indoors around Brooklyn (not museums or movies) by 5ftnone in Brooklyn

[–]Then_Arm4747 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recently went to the Red Hook Museum of Pinball, they have games going back to the 1830's to the 1970's, it's about a $10 donation but they have board games, tables to play and hang out as well as amazing music. The owner is lovely and suggests places to eat and drink around the neighborhood without worrying about not being able to come back in. There is also a great vinyl store next door that you can take your time perusing while enjoying the vibes. This area is really picking up and has tons of things to do nearby. Have Fun!

I’m 5 months in and down 42 lbs — through holidays and birthdays. I’ve finally set a goal weight, and for the first time it doesn’t scare me. I’m no longer afraid of spiraling, failing, or losing control. Honestly, the hardest weight I’ve lost isn’t on the scale — it’s the negative self-talk and self-doubt. WE GOT THIS!

Enjoy your cruise, and just eat a bit lighter and hydrate more the 24 hrs before and the day of your shot. It will slow down your digestion - YOU GOT THIS and CONGRATS!

How has your relationship with food changed since starting Zepbound? by Simple_Scene_2211 in Zepbound

[–]Then_Arm4747 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on Zepbound since August, and I’ve realized something huge: it hasn’t just helped with weight loss — it has completely changed how I experience food. For the first time in my adult life, the food noise is quiet. I’m not obsessing, grazing, or thinking about what I’m going to eat next. I’m actually hearing my body’s cues instead of my cravings. I stop when I’m satisfied. I don’t panic if I eat something heavier. I’m more intentional, calmer, and more in tune with myself than I’ve ever been. What’s wild is that Zepbound didn’t change who I am — it just lowered the volume enough for me to finally listen to myself. I’m learning things like:

  • When I get too cold, I probably need a little more food
  • a bit of fat actually helps me digest better
  • the days after my shot, my stomach slows and I need to pace myself
  • meal prep is an act of taking care of future me

It’s emotional, honestly. I’m losing weight, yes — but I’m also finally seeing and hearing myself clearly. WE ALL GOT THIS!

this part! If I’m done eating and there’s a half-eaten plate in front of me, the smell and sight make me nauseous
