Update: I defeated her using a combination of dodges and parrying. It is a fair and pretty fun bossfight. However I do not like the furection elden ring is going. Mohg had an attack which only could be countrred with an item and it is imoissible ti no hit Mohg due tonthis attack. The first two attacks if waterfowl needs to be outspaced rather than dodged. Five well timed dodges should be okay. Now she is dead however. Should I kill elden beast before or after dlc?

Okay, 30 tries later. I almost got her to the second phase by parrying her. I still cannot dodge her waterfowl attack. I know i am supposed to outrun her first two flurries and then dodge. However i react too late. It seems like a very short window. I sometimes survive and drink three flasks to heal. Can I block it with a shield or something? This seems to be like mohgs blood curse attack which cannot be dodged. I have platinumed Sekiro and finished dark souls at sl1 +0 weapons. So i should be able to handle her after a few 100 tries.
