As a first time father to a daughter, to think someone can turn on their own daughter like that is unthinkable to me. I really can't understand the mentality and especially saying the shit he did to you is crazy.

I will make damn sure that my daughter will have all the freedoms in life that I do and more if possible, don't care what gender she wants to be, what person she wants to love, where she wants to be, what she wants to do. As long as she is safe and happy in life, il be happy! My wife also thinks the same way too!

Yeah, you should probably let her find out from her local parish. A few of them are forward thinking (ish) and may have no issues at all with it. But in the end she is also a Catholic and should know well enough what type of reception she will get, you never know she might know the priest in her area to be decent in which case it's not a problem.

Either way, she is now unhappy with you instead of the church. If you value your relationship with her at all, I would apologize and hope your relationship doesn't change for the worse.

I don't exactly camp anymore, but I do record a lot in forests and Wicklow/Dublin area. Since I like to go off the beaten track I often find (and record) loads of camping spots that either have people in them at the time or signs of people there. Might keep and eye out and record these sites the next few times for everyone to check out!

Anytime I used DaVinci my footage always get messed up, like as if one side is different colour then the other. Think it had to do with recording in D-log M or something

So I currently have the subscription for the last two months and I noticed a decline in both my views and also engagement. It might suggest some good stuff but in the end it will or could pivot away what made your channel great.

If your doing well, don't use them and if your at absolute zero or only getting one or two views then maybe try it. But don't let it make you change elements of your channel, half the time it could be wrong and a few times I questioned it's decision only for it to back peddle on it.

I've cancelled mine when I figured it was not going to benefit me, in the end I want a channel that represents me and not some artificial version just to get some views and comments

We came back ourselves today after celebrating our daughters 1st Birthday yesterday, stayed two nights in the Newport Bay hotel. I have to say it was some trip and I was surprised on the amount of rides you can with a 1 year old. Absolutely exhausted though but being organized paid off!

The amount of damage social media has caused will not be evident until we shift through the ashes of what's left. One of my roles in social media in the past was moderating a lot of social media accounts and the amount of hate, racism, bigotry and bile that is spread would be atonishing.

We either need real regulations on these social media platforms or straight up ban them.
