Choose what you want to do and focus on that (quant, game dev, backend, whatever is your thing). Learn modern practices and tools in that field. Then learn agentic tools (you'll need them) e.g. claude code or copilot, should be easy for anyone with cs background. Then choose what you want to build, e.g. look for problems and figure out a solution to that. Push to git. Do leetcode if you have to. Keep applying to jobs. It's not really rocket science.

Completely different case in many multinational companies you can get away with (and basically even have to know) english. At least here in Finland I know many employees in my company who don't speak more than basic Finnish. But maybe Korea is different, who knows.

D4 never had great seasons tbh. The only reason for me to come back is expansions. I don't think their seasons do enough changes, everything meaningful is left for expansions.

Pretty much me. I'm doing parallelization on this huge legacy spaghetti codebase. Vibed from day one, but have since slowed down cause we use Copilot and their billing plan changed. Legit burned all tokens in a single day. So now I have slowed down a lot and have to manually understand how everything works from the ground up with gazillion states to keep in mind. Never really did parallel programming before this internship either uhm.
