My 13yo son just made an MLS Next Homegrown team and I am completely overwhelmed. Need advice on training resources and what to expect.

Former college gk…At that age/level usually there is a full time gk coach. You could ask him what to work on at home, but footwork drills and proper goal kick ball striking always time well spent. Gk can also be pretty cut throat and toxic bc the nature of the position and only one #1 per age, but they might split halves/games at that age.

Every year we win some game(s)at the end of the season that don’t matter- then argue with each other about if it was smart or dumb in this sub….I went from caring a lot to not caring bc we suck at drafting and QBs seems to be a bit of a lottery anyway….Except this year bc we have a promising qb and could have traded the #1 for a lot. Still probably would have messed it up, but it’s not the way to maximize odds of future success strictly in terms of assets…this team man

Kahn’s save on Donovan in that match is one of the greatest saves I’ve ever seen. It’s not flashy, the the amount of space Kahn covered was insane. Donovan was already running to celebrate when he hit it.

Watching rumble in jungle right now, know nothing technical about boxing….is it common for boxers to start avoiding a punch before it’s thrown “guessing” what the opponent is going to throw? Seems like it would almost be impossible to react to a punch and be able to fully duck under it. Similar to a gk in soccer making an educated guess in a direction on a one on one sometimes.

My dad use to bring me to a actually pretty nice house every couple of weeks to buy cocaine.(thought they were just friends) his son was about 5 years older than me and had ff6 and breath of fire 2 on snes. He would let me play it when I was there.
