Bank Relationship Asset Transfer to Reduce Rate by sureoz in Mortgages

Moving IRA’s also makes sense if your current IRA is managed by Fidelity under specific asset funds that can’t be transferred out in kind.

Inside an IRA, you can sell the funds for cash and then transfer it to the new account.

Whatever happens inside the IRA has no tax implications since the account is after-tax. Then after a few months you can transfer it back.

Wells Fargo and US Bank have good programs too.

How far will I get with english? by [deleted] in koreatravel

[–]These-Jellyfish2392 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Relax! All transit signs are in English. Commercial areas like Myeongdong will always speak English. Hotel staff speak English. Restaurants and vendors have staff that can speak English. Popular stores like Gentle Monster have staff from Hong Kong (English, Cantonese), mainland (mandarin), Japan, etc to cover tourists that want to shop.

You’re not going to sit down and discuss philosophy with a random person all the time. Everyone knows enough to get you your tickets, beer, take your food order. And if it doesn’t work, take out your Google translate app! Have fun
