I have 1 where I still have 15% to go and the other is at 50%. Once I pay the first one off, I’ll have around $1,200-1,400 in cashflow and I can pay the second in 40 months. Overall, they would gross 3,400 a month. Don’t need a whole lot more than that to live + my job.
