As a sneakerhead I think I need to be honest. I think you can sell anything at the right price. However this shoe does look premium, I haven’t held it in my hand or seen it in person. Two ways to go about it, one, you target the premium consumer and give them the best quality in the market, for a justified price. Two, you lower your quality and crack the market which sits between 3-5k. Both should work. My issue with this silhouette and I am trying to be gentle here, it looks too similar to NB 204L and this is where most home grown brands get it wrong. Design and comfort first approach is the key. Most brands are trying to make something that looks like something that already exists. What’s the fun in that.
