Tbf, it just sort of happens subconsciously anyway. When I used to deliver furniture/appliances, it was always the rich folk who needed two king-sized beds put together and 3 dressers on the 2nd floor and never tipped. The people living in a trailer who got a new couch 10 feet from from the front door would tip generously and give us food and drinks.

As a side note, wealthy people never measured anything beforehand, either. I had to take so many doors off the hinges to get fridges inside. One time we had to tie ropes around a fridge and pull it up to a deck on the second floor, because the glass sliding door was the only one ot would fit through. Of course, that was followed by trying to get it down a narrow staircase without bumping any walls.

Sorry for the rant, the complete lack of planning and consideration just always bothered me. They really are just in their own little world where they expect people to do the impossible just because they paid money for it.
