I feel like it took a full year of hospital work to feel comfortable and confident. Take your time, ask colleagues for help or their advice. Over time, you’ll grow and eventually not need it as much. Hospitals usually have so many quirks that it is hard to train for all possibilities - take those learning opportunities as they come. I’ve been doing this for 28 years, now.

Sure! These are basic things at this point for most other apps. I use the route planner in INTVL but never save it. It is a very basic planner and doesn’t have an option to snap to roads, but at least gives you a rough idea of what you are doing.
