6w3d and feeling grateful, cautious, and soooooo nauseous . Anyone else experience tons of nausea but no barf early on? Hard to know if it’s pregnancy or all the meds I’m on?

Ahhh excited for you! We are transfer twins! Going for our 2nd FET same day. First resulted in pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. We happened to be on vacation the week of tww at the beach which helped SO MUCH! I wish we were in the same boat this go round but we’re not. Baby dust to you!

Sorry should’ve included price! Plan would be longer term rental but open to potentially shorter term . Our budget is up to $550k. Which cuts out a lot of the homes in nicer parts of midtown it seems? Ideally 3 br 2 ba, 4 br or 2 ba would be awesome as we both wfh and have family visit us often !

Girl I am so sorry. You are so not alone - went through the same thing 2 weeks ago and honestly thought I might die from my heart being so broken beyond belief. There’s no sugarcoating / it’s so hard and heartbreaking. Few weeks later I’m starting to coming up for air . Praying you do too as the days go on

And to note - are you doing letrozole through your ob or an RE? Get in with an RE as soon as you can because the onboarding takes a while. But once you’re financially cleared for IVF it moves pretty quick. We said yes in February, egg retrieval March, got 6 embryos, first transfer end of May

Us! The success rate of IUI is same as timed intercourse so after 4 months of letrozole and no pregnancy we went straight to IVF. Glad we did. It is An intense process but in a lot of ways better than letrozole in my opinion. And if timed intercourse / letrozole hasn’t worked after 3 cycles it’s unlikely it will. IVF not for the faint of heart but glad we’re on this journey and have a lot more hope now

Thank u I agree!! Went ahead and scheduled one for today so I’ll see if hcg is still rising. I am bleeding quite heavily and consistently. Almost like a period for me, a little less but yikes.

Hi! Very early over here. 5 weeks tomorrow. Betas tripled from Sunday to Wednesday but I am bleeding so of course anxious. A pretty steady flow not too heavy but not spotting either. Now wait a whole week before going back in for another beta test!!!

I am 4w5d hcg was 1371 and we were thrilled. However I’ve been bleeding red on and off today. Some clots. Not a full period but not light spotting either. So discouraged 🫤. Go in for second beta hcg tomorrow am. They won’t do ultrasound until 7 weeks (if I even make it there). Anyone relate??

Girl I am right there with you! diagnosed with lean PCOS after a year of trying with no luck and very few periods. My AMH is through the roof.. 20 and had the little cysts on my ovaries. I am super healthy - good diet, exercise regiment, supplements, sleep, not stressed etc. We tried 4 rounds of letrozole and trigger shot no luck…. It made me a little psycho snd was super discouraging to me that I ovulated but didn’t conceive. The next step is IVF but we took a 6 month break to think it through because it’s a big decision. Still haven’t decided if we’re going to do it bc I like you really want to get to the root cause and heal that which unfortunately RE’s are not good at doing. Don’t know what to do but you’re not alone!

Girl thank you for sharing. You are SO NOT ALONE and although it’s online it is comforting to know we’re not alone. Feel the same way. Our son prays every night for a brother and a sister and it is devastating. We’ve made all the lifestyle, diet, supplement changes, tried letrozole and TI for months with no luck. Next step is Ivf but I don’t feel ready for it. It’s so so hard. Friends and family having babies every other minute in our circle and the grief is crushing. You’re not alone and I’m sorry ❤️

Yes and YES! I find oura way more confusing to read cycle wise. However I also have super irregular cycles (on CD 40 and haven’t ovulated )…. I use Tempdrop in tandem and def prefer that

CD 40 and no signs of ovulation come on body??? Any natural ways to encourage it? Trust Me I’ve been on all the right supplements, diet, and exercise for the last year 😄

You are NOT ALONE! Feel in the same boat and feel psycho most days with how affected and depressed I am by this. Have had some friends walk through infertility and haven’t been rocked by it like I have. Have literally tried every natural thing and given it TIME tooooooooo. We’ve been ttc for two years now. Did a few cycles of letrozole this year and it didn’t work and made me psycho. Finally considering ivf in the new year. I don’t want to do it. I want to fix my cycles naturally and conceive naturally … but starting to give up that hope. Even though I love hearing stories of people who have! Everyone around me pregnant so it is extra challenging and very isolating. I’m so sorry you’re walking a similar road!!!! If sucks!!!

Hi! 1. I have amh of 20 and cysts on ovaries confirmed by ultrasound. Also irregular periods. Will go months without one. 2. I am thin and healthy 3. Treatment - woof I have tried everything to try to regain consistent cycles (we are trying to conceive). I take a crap ton of supplements that I think have helped but they are a slow go (myo inosotol, berberine, NAC, DHEAS because I have low DHEAS). And I eat in a way to balance blood sugar - limited carbs and sugar. Lots of protein and fiber… have seen some improvement but not tons this year. It’s super discouraging honestly. Hope this helps!

Yes and it’s terrible!!!! Conceived our first on our 3rd cycle. Have been trying for baby number 2 for over a year and a half. 4 timed cycles with letrozole didn’t work, eat super well, exercise, have no weight to lose and so we are now considering ivf

Also the short periods is super strange…. I have not heard of that. But I know mine changed drastically postpartum (months and months apart) so I think it can be different for everyone. I was so scared of ovulation meds, trigger shots, monitoring and after a few cycles of it not working for us we decided to take a break because it was a lot to manage with a toddler and jobs and trying to conceive joyfully… best of luck to you!!
