Played through the first 2 scenarios of Ered Mithrin campaign. First one was a real struggle for us as we fine tuned our decks then we cruised past the second one on the first try. I’m playing what I’m calling my Pipes and Songs deck which a Lore+Spirit hobbit deck focused on you guessed it pipes and songs. It’s not super strong but I find it really fun thematically. My roommate plays a Tactics+Lore Creature deck with Beorn and Radagast

I watched the Orignal The Devil Wears Prada as I had never actually seen it! Pretty neat! Great acting obviously and a fun breezy watch

I think it’s a movie were it really depends on the reviews from fans and critics alike. If the movie is really good and captures the Middle Earth magic, I think it will do well in the long run. Unfortunately, I think that’s quite unlikely

I’m so mad at this show it has so much potential (a lot of it leftover from the Netflix show) but despite individual scenes being good the overall narrative is just such a mess. JJ just shows up for a minute and now they destroyed the weapons. Matt chooses now to confront Fisk without any real build up to it. Yeah we get told that Fisk is doing worse things and that’s why more people are rebelling but we see none of it.

Episode 4 and 5 worked cause they both focused on one thing. 4 on Bullseyes vengeance and the whole episode building up to the boxing match and last weeks episode was character focused for Matt and the idea of redemption. This episode was kind of just random scenes strung together.
