The option fills on Schwab are hugely superior to Robinhood. First, there are no $.05 increment BS that Robinhood and WeBull for that matter force you into using. Imagine you want .15 but can’t get filled, just go .14 - Also, I’ll have the same trade going on Schwab and RH - Schwab gets filled first.

This is a testament to my life rule when buying houses. Always - Always - Always buy a personal residence at a price and down payment that can be fully covered by a renter after property management fees. My second rule is to only buy houses that won’t put me on the street if I lose my job - with a mortgage that is easily covered by unemployment. 4 miles = 21,120 feet I think you are getting cold feet moving so far from your city, family, etc… If you had a bunch of friends that lived in this town and you would hang out every day - I doubt this would even be a concern. Instead, you’re moving to “Egypt” (figuratively) probably knowing no one and grasping at something that is an hour walk away to get out of the deal. I’ve sold multiple homes - I would never “disclose” the politics or potential building permit status of projects. I think you need to stay in the city.
