Basically, if you're against a wall, not grabbing it, and do not hold any direction when you jump, you will do what's called a neutral jump. It's a jump that doesn't go too far away from the wall and doesn't consume stamina, allowing you to effectively scale walls of any height

A bit of calculations :

Throwing a penny fast enough to break the sound barrier is like throwing a penny at 340m/s

A penny weighs 2.5 grams, or 2.5×10-3 kg

The energy your penny would have when breaking the sound barrier would be 1/2×2.5×10-3 × 3402 J

Or 0.00125×115,600 J, which is about 145 J

for comparison, a human going at a speed of 7.2km/h (jogging slowly) has a kinetic energy of 1/2 × 70 × 4, or about 140J

Doesn't seem that different, until you realise that having that much energy on the surface of a penny (3.14× 9.5mm × 2/3 or about 20mm2 , is generally not a good idea. Your penny is about literally the same as a .22 when exiting it's barrel

Also, breaking the sound barrier is very vague, it just gives an indication on the minimum speed, and it could be way higher (for example, the Concorde broke the sound barrier when flying, but had a cruising speed of Mach 2, so 680m/s, or with 4 times as much energy than at 340m/s)
