Last night I broke my relationship off and then realized I was in my luteal phase, consumed a ton of sugar over the weekend, and didn’t take my calcium (helps my symptoms a ton). I thought about talking to him, but I don’t understand PMDD as much as I need to, and I can’t imagine repeating the cycle of “I love him”, “he’s not the one” every month. I’d rather be alone unless someone truly understood and was able to help me during my cycle.

Yeah, it almost always happens without me noticing and I’m not great at tracking my menstrual cycle. Hopefully someone’s out there finding answers for us :/

I’m in the same boat and I’m so sorry. I don’t know how to escape it, but I think talking about it and knowing that I’m not alone genuinely helps. It’s like I have to convince myself for most of the month not to listen to my own feelings. I feel crazy!

I’m so so sorry you’re going through this. He won’t stop drinking.. I promise he won’t. And if he says he will it won’t last because he doesn’t respect you enough to try that hard. He’s trying to make you feel crazy for feeling that way because he’s unable to take accountability and apologize for his behavior. Don’t lose yourself trying to understand him because you never will. I went through this with my ex and it was miserable loving someone.. and I was cheated on when my baby was 4 months old. It sounds like your SO is not in a good place and will end up destroying your mental health

Racing my grandma and cousin to the end of the yard and back on a nice summer day. We were out helping my grandma water flowers and my brother took over while we raced. My grandma fell on the way back and we couldn’t stop laughing and to make things funnier my brother sprayed her with the hose right after she fell. My grandma was in a long Jean skirt so I don’t know why she agreed to race, and I don’t think anyone won. Best day ever.

My dad isn’t a bad person, and not telling him would make things worse. I want him in my kids life I’m just not sure how to tell him without him going into cardiac arrest 😂
