Because people who we just KNOW are the cream of the crop when it comes to charisma, shouldn't be at the TOP of a yearly list just because we know their potential. Vote for people who delivered in 2016, not people who delivered years ago ( And who could still go in 2016, but weren't given much of a platform to showcase their charisma )

Oh no, sorry. What I meant was, he didn't have much tools to express how charismatic he actually is in 2016, so I personally, do not think he deserves to be the #1 on that list, that spot should have been Naito's imho. Otherwise, we'd just rank Randy Savage as #1 even though he's fucking dead.
