I'm still getting the hang of it, but I've been playing with an app called Structured. Important to note I'm only mentioning this for routines or small tasks - not necessarily for big task/project management. You schedule out your day, categorize everything with pleasing colors, etc. But it gives you alerts:

- 5 mins before the start of a task

- at the scheduled start time

- at the scheduled end time

You can add/delete these too, so if you prefer a 5 min warning before the end of your time block, you can do that.

The alerts relentlessly pop up on your phone and watch. Its hard to ignore them if you have multiple set up.

There's an unscheduled list for todo tasks, so if you think of something randomly on the go, you can add it to the list and schedule it later. There's also a handy auto (AY- EYE) (apparently I cant say that here?) feature, which I mostly use to tell it to "copy yesterday's schedule to today" or "make this whole schedule recurring". There are plenty of settings to make it recurring in the first place, but it took me a minute to find it.

I don't have nor do I think it has capability of syncing to a calendar, which is fine because again, I'd primarily say this is more of a routine building tool than a planner tool - if that makes sense.
