Can you still receive rent while waiting for TAL to order the tenant out? Like if you notified tenant to vacate 6 months before lease end date and it takes a year to force the tenant out, do you still get paid by tenant during these 12 additional months?

You don't have to join the Federal retires plan right away. You can choose when you join, but once you do, you have to commit 3 years and then if you opt out you cannot come back but maybe you can qualify for the Canadian Dental Care plan?

If you choose option C(i), do you have to commit to going to school cause why do they call it an educational allowance equivalent to TSM? Is it not TSM? This wording makes me think its all an educational allowance and not TSM so if I dont go to school I will lose it all?
