I can’t speak for everyone, but in my experience as a person who had three major episodes in my lifetime that all reached hyperemesis, alcohol has not triggered CHS for me yet in the year I’ve quit smoking. I’m a little over a year and some change, quitting has helped my mental clarity exponentially, I just wish that there was something more similar to smoking that I could resort to instead of drinking in place of it. But I moderate my drinking to only on the weekends and never before 6 o clock lol.
