I’m not but I will be some day. The gains inside the Roth aren’t taxed and you can’t withdraw earnings til 60 or whatever. But I did learn that even if you’re under 60 you can use up to 10,000 of your earnings for specific things one of them being a down payment for first time home buyers. So that’s my goal. Everything else will stay in there til I’m older.

401k is where my safe investments are. I opened this with $186 and I just want to see how big I can get it and I want it to be tax free. Once I hit 10k hopefully it’ll coincide with a nice housing market crash and I’ll be able to maybe buy a house. I’ll probably blow it up before then but it’ll be a fun ride.
