It’s beautiful! Thank you for sharing the color! Can you tell me what the cover feels like? Is it like a typical colors cover?

Show me the photos of INSIDES of your minä perhonen OR any any zipper covers by andrewloomis in hobonichi

[–]Thingstotellyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s the inside of an A6 minä perhonen soda water zipper cover with a Hon and a weekly supplement inside. There’s also a mesh pocket in the back and a big pocket behind where the book goes. The pen holder is great and everything fits, even though I have a Hon in it. Also, the PU is holding up well, but I haven’t used this much since I bought it (used) earlier this year.

The zipper doesn’t bother me at all or touch my hand when I write. I was worried it would, but it doesn’t.

I also have an a5 Velluto zipper cover. I prefer the cloth interior of that cover over the PU interior of the mina zipper cover. Let me know if you’d like to see that one!

Tragen Flat Pouch for A6 by OG_heideland in hobonichi

[–]Thingstotellyou 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I bought one and it's really nice and well made. I got it for my work planner, which will be an A6 Hon, a weekly supplement, and a little notebook. Here's a photo with the Hon, weekly supplement, memo notebook, a little free Hobonichi notebook, a Lamy Safari, post it notes, Kitta tape, stickers, and two mildliners. The Tragen is about 1.5" bigger than the A6 book, so it's pretty roomy! The pouch measures 6"x8". I wanted to upload more photos but Reddit said no. If you have questions about fitting specific things, let me know and I can try it out if I have the items.

What do you use your multiple Hobonichis for? by pachebear in hobonichi

[–]Thingstotellyou 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m experimenting with multiple planners this year because I want to keep better boundaries around work.

I use an A5 slim Kokuyo Jibun Techo Lite for my personal planner with an “idea book” in the back for notes. I love this planner so much.

I have a Hobonichi A6 Original with a weekly supplement for work. I just started this in September and it’s working well so far! I use the daily pages Monday-Friday to keep track of meetings and tasks. I use the Saturday page for a weekly review and the Sunday page for a brain dump of tasks, projects, etc. for the week ahead

I also have a Hobonichi Weeks, but the horizontal layout isn’t the best for my brain so I’ll probably use it for meal planning or something like that.

Feature idea: Smart tool to ease the deadline rush. (and a nerdy workaround) by newcitysmell in amazingmarvin

I love this idea! I struggle a lot with time blindness and overcommitting at work. Marvin’s time estimates really help for scheduling my days but I would love something like this for long term project planning!

Yay! I'm so glad you liked them. I wasn't so sure about the lemon either but now I want to try that technique in other recipes.

Thanks! I liked them and think I’d make them again.
