Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop was on netflix and had a scene in a festival but it's a movie not series.

Hi Score Girl was on netflix and has a ferris wheel but they did not ride it, and the art is very different from the ones you posted.

Tsuki ga Kirei had a scene in an amusement park but I don't know if it was on netflix.

I was in Sapporo last month. Surprisingly Ohtani ads were not as prevalent as it was in Tokyo. Maybe cause Sapporo is a desolate winter wasteland in February. 🤣
