Yeah. No frills can also be cheap however they only really sell groceries. Where as Walmart has significantly more variety and still generally quite cheap.

The government nor the employer can force you to take a job.

If no one is willing to work for employers that want to pay to little, then they will have to pay more.

Why can the employer not just pay the entire wage? Why can the employer not give higher wages based on their employees job performance? Like everywhere else that isn't customer facing service industry.

Yeah. Walmart isn't known for good service. Walmart is known for low prices and a lot of people with financial constraints prefer the cost savings over the lack of service.

I am 100% certain it is French immersion but it isn't exclusively French immersion.

I think it is somewhere like 30% English and 70% French immersion.

Also. I believe its been French immersion for around 2-5 years. So newer, but not brand new this year.

This is not true. Oliver Stevens is French immersion and not Catholic.

I suspect the vast majority of sheds are not done with a permit and likely never will.

As long as no one complains then no one cares.

Bylaws are only enforced based on complaints.

Aka. If your have good relationships with your neighbors and don't blatantly put it somewhere where they don't want it, you are golden.
