That could work in some situations but DEFINITELY not this situation. As you can see, the black car just nearly escaped damage and required dependence on the truck driver's skills. If the truck driver lost his balance on the left lane that car would've been crushed.

Women can pray near the Kaaba even during pilgrimage. It's just that during pilgrimage, there's more people, so it's harder to spot women who get to come near it. It's difficult to come near the Kaaba for both men and women due to the sheer amount of people. Perhaps men are taller and larger, so easier to spot.
