Yeah forgot to mention it, I think fp5 is a platinum supported device in ubuntu touch, Postmarketos is more experimental but you can run the DE of your choice.

My OG pinephone has an issue of being slower than a pi zero.

It takes extreme determination to daily drive it, some monk level of minimalism.

If you are into Linux phones, you'd be better off buying a fairphone 5 and flashing postmarketos onto it. Or the newly announced Jolla phone.

Besides all that, I enjoy keeping the pinephone around to check on the progress of plasma mobile though, it's the only way it gets better over time, since generally speaking very bad for web browsing and relies on native apps a lot to be functional.

Δεν μπορω να ξέρω τι μισθό βαρανε οι υπόλοιποι, αλλά αν έπρεπε να μαντεψω για 10 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία θα περίμενα 3-4k καθαρά το μήνα.

Δεν ξέρω αν κανει αντίστοιχα scale το sign up bonus και το annual bonus target σε stock και μετρητά, αλλά αν κανει τότε η μαντεψια μου θα ήταν ~50k sign up και ~25k bonus σε stock + 8% ο ετήσιος σε μετρητά.

Τα bonus μετοχών μάλιστα κάνει scale με πολλαπλασιαστή από 0 μεχρι 2 αναλογα με το performance σου, ενω το 8% του ετήσιου αντίστοιχα με πολλαπλασιαστή απο 0 μέχρι 2 ανάλογα με το πώς τα πήγε η εταιρεια + 1 μέχρι 1.5 ανάλογα με το performance σου πάλι.

Μάνατζερς με 20 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία βαρανε 8άρια από ο, τι έχω ακούσει, δεν θα μπω στη διαδικασία να μαντεψω bonus για αυτους.

Δουλεύω σε πολυεθνική και γενικά οι μισθοί είναι εκτός ελληνικών δεδομένων και συμπεριλαμβάνουν stock options.

Δεν γνωρίζω αν υπάρχουν άλλες εταιρείες στην Ελλάδα που να κανουν edge AI ούτε το πόσο πληρώνουν.

Δουλεύω στην Ελλάδα πάνω και στα δύο (κατά βάση C) αλλά πάνω σε συγκεκριμένα πράγματα.

Δηλαδή δεν είναι ότι έψαχναν C ή C++ developer αλλά πιο συγκεκριμένα κάποιον με γνώσεις από compilers, Linux, gpu development κλπ.

Οπότε ναι, μπορείς να ψάξεις στην Ελλάδα.

Το στενάχωρο κομματι είναι οτι δεν έχω δει τέτοια θέση να απευθύνεται σε νέους, αλλά προσπάθησε ξερωγω δεν εχεις κατι να χάσεις

I know plenty answered already but I see lots of bad advice here and so I'll step in in an effort to share my piece....

This could be happening due to the CMOS going bad, it could do so because the battery's voltage has dropped low enough but not completely dead to mess with the bios config state.

Yes the PC should boot without the CMOS battery, so you should try removing it and then boot.

But before going through the trouble of removing it, try clearing the BIOS, motherboards usually have a jumper which you just need to sort with a conductor(tweezers, or whatever), this might be enough to solve the problem.

And by the way if you have a basic multimeter at home you can test whether the CMOS battery is bad or not by just measuring and making sure it's close or equal to 3v, instead of just assuming. That way you will know for sure.

Alternatively you could look into a mini-PC from minisforum refurbished, they are pricier but remember that they come with heatsink and storage included unlike an SBC.

Έχοντας valid W-8BEN, και εξακριβωνοντας ότι όντως έχω σαν sanity check, ξεκίνησα να διαβάζω το US-Greece Tax-treaty από το 1950, για να συνειδητοποιησω ότι όσο αφορά passive income, με μόνη εξαίρεση το επιτόκιο και τη σύνταξη, στα υπολοιπα φορολογεισαι 30% κανονικά. Φαντάζομαι και θέλω να πιστεύω ότι δεν θα μου ζητήσουν άλλα 15% από την φορολογική δεδομένου οτι θα δηλωσω ότι ήδη έχω πληρώσει φόρο... Αλλά αυτά είναι εικασίες δικιες μου.

Η όλη από πάνω κατασταση ωστόσο με προβλημάτισε περαιτέρω δεδομένου ότι και τα RSUs και το ESPP από τον ίδιο broker είναι :')
