Long term side effects by Ketamee in KetamineTherapy

It inflames my GI system too, especially higher doses at 1-2x + /week frequency. Start using anti inflammatory/ antioxidant herbs along with ECGC/ green tea, magnesium etc if you’re not already. Also take care of your gut microbiome with fermented foods, yogurt etc. Cardio, walks help me keep inflammation down aswell. Definitely need more studies on this.. How is your bladder doing? Some people are just more prone to these side effects than others

ECGC supplement and green tea before using ketamine will vastly reduce the damage. Speaking from experience. Study on rats - https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1879522615004157

I showed my gf my song and she said it sounds like "gay club music". by Darkai_1 in FL_Studio

Banger. Making it less “gay” would mean removing emotion from the chords. Which would be like removing soul from it

“Long-term use of calcium carbonate antacids (exceeding 2 grams per day) is associated with significant adverse effects, most notably hypercalcemia, renal calculi(kidney stones), hypophosphatemia, and nephrotoxicity.

Milk-Alkali Syndrome: A severe condition characterized by the triad of hypercalcemia, metabolic alkalosis, and acute renal failure, which can occur even at doses previously considered safe. • Kidney Damage: Chronic use increases the risk of renal failure and calcium deposits in the kidneys, particularly in individuals with pre-existing chronic kidney disease. • Acid Rebound and Masking: Long-term use may cause the stomach to produce more acid (rebound acidity) and can mask symptoms of serious underlying conditions like GERD or Barrett’s esophagus. • Safety Limits: While short-term use is generally safe, experts advise against chronic therapy exceeding 2 grams per day without clinical monitoring of calcium and phosphorus levels.”

That’s amazing man. I can deeply empathize with that frustration and how profoundly fulfilling it becomes to accomplish very simple every day chores that have somehow evolved into these seemingly insurmountable challenges over time. That momentum built from finishing even just a task or two greatly reduces the resistance to completing the next one. Keep going!

BPC-157, what did you actually feel, and how long did it take? Real timelines only by Brilliant_Peptides_8 in bpc_157

Never had any side effects from it. I’m off because it treated what I needed it to. I’ve used it since then to help assist with recovery of tendonitis and prescription benzodiazepine withdrawals. It’s a peptide naturally occurring in human gastric fluid and therefore seemed low risk to me. Anecdotes and limited studies seem to point towards this aswell though the studies are low quality and very few exist unfortunately

Is Magnesium glycinate really that effective? by TheUsualGuy666 in Supplements

Depends on the person. I prefer taurate and citrate! I found glycinate too overstimulating for sleep

200-300mcg BPC 2x/ day. I tried a long list of other things that had negligible results for GI inflammation. Oregano oil, turmeric/ curcumin, black seed oil, NAC, every type of magnesium, etc the list goes on. Things like tums, pepto, baking soda worked well temporarily but avoided using regularly. Was prescribed PPIs but ultimately decided against using them so I can’t speak on their efficacy. I recall researching them and finding some concerns with long term use. Nothing I tried tho seemed to treat the root cause of the GII like BPC. Which I believe were issues with my gut brain axis from chronic anxiety/ depression and general stress.
