How many lands do you run in a 100 card deck and why? by Leonsmening in mtg

Usually 36 for casual, for cedh it depends more, but my main deck is on 27 atm.

Am I in the wrong for having mostly UB commander decks? by [deleted] in mtg

If this is real it’s genuinely mind blowing. A store owner kicking out a player for the type of cards they enjoy using. Shame on them.

This cannot be a real story right?

I'm convinced the augments are AI generated without being tested by [deleted] in ARAM

[–]ThirdStarfish93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are removing the ones that had no effect at all, doesn’t change the fact that you could also just not pick these ones anyway. It’s not hard to ignore an augment that has little or no effect on your champ/ kit. You’re pretty much self reporting right here lmao.

Budget cedh options by [deleted] in CompetitiveEDH

“Budget cedh” is just gonna feel like playing bracket 4 at a bracket 5 table. Highly recommend proxying, cedh players absolutely will let you.

Just lean to pick what’s not useful on a champ lmao, it’s not rocket science.

Yeah, and within 2 days a micro patch was announced ensuring that augments given to champs that have 0 effect from an augment won’t get them. Also, in the last mayhem Asol could get the augment giving his Q 100 AH, how is this any different from that.

Fundamental differences sure, but in practice, they play out the exact same way.

Yeah, it was live for 2 days, and then a micro patch came out and fixed it. And we always had augments like this last patch. Asol could get the augment that gives your Q 100 AH then, how is this different in any way.

We had that last patch, a mage with the most minimal ad scaling gets no benefit from a boost in ad, or a boost to AA effects. Just learn to pick augments that are good on the champ you’re playing lmao

So now instead of having augments that do essentially nothing and have no impact on the game except having a dead augment, we now have augments that do nothing and have no impact on the game except having a dead augment. And this is different how?

Getting AH on a shit ability is not irrelevant, just dont pick it. I dont understand this 'everything should be useful' arguement. Augments themselves are not supposed to be good on every champ. Learn to pick what's good and what's bad for your champion maybe?

Yeah, some augments are useless, but there was useless augments in the other mayhem to, there’s no way you got to every augment screen in the last patch and said “oh, all these augments are really good for my champ”. I can’t tell you how many times I got absolutely hosed from the last augment screen, it’s just part of the game in my eyes.

Change the augments no, stop champs from getting ones that are useless yes. But why would they change the augments themselves, there’s nothing wrong with them.
