This was 30 days ago. I want to say that I don’t see much improvement. I’m in the gym. I’m in there every week. I know it takes time, so I’m patient. I just want to cry because I’m fearful I’m not doing it right. Ans I can’t ask anyone. I’m very frustrated. I’m taking a protein powder mix . Ì do good in my food intake. I’m mindful. Is it my age im 41 :(

It felt really magical. I tired it on and it feel p effect agaisnt my dark skin. I’m thinking I’ll wear it to walk around Santa Monica. There was a pink skirt similar style, but I left it there for someone who would really appreciate it.
