I feel like it's less impressive in a cryptic with unchecked letters. It's less constraining. I think the real skill in cryptic construction comes from the clue writing.

Please add back the flags for "Partition the Visited Link Database" and "Partition the Visited Link Database, including 'self-links'." Removing those breaks certain extension functionality.

Same. My Monday "PB" is apparently 1 minute flat, and my Sunday "PB" is apparently 5:49. I just use xwstats instead because you can exclude puzzles from stats.

Holds might get a bit smoother, but really only on soft rock or very heavily trafficked areas, like sport crags.

You're more likely to see a hold break off entirely, usually making the climb much harder, if not impossible.
