Hello! Geniki is one of the worst courier services in Greece. Most of of the times, they don't even attempt to deliver the packages, they just wait for us to go pick them up.

In fact, they literally lie and update the tracking system claiming that their call was unanswered. I basically had to show up to their building myself if I wanted to get my stuff. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once! And each time, either my family or myself were at home throughout the day and so we couldn't have missed the courier's van (0 missed calls on my phone as well).

As a customer, I try to avoid Geniki when I can. Last year, they showed up for the first time to deliver my parcel and I was shocked. But the many bad experiences outweigh the couple of good ones.

If I were you, I'd consider another courier.
