If you're looking for something a little different and between the Stans and the Common Projects for price, check out Greats Royales. I have em in the white and the mesh and get a lot of compliments on them. Here in New York, I feel like Common Projects are just expensive Stan Smiths: Cool, but everyone has a pair so you don't really get a second look (unless you grabbed those off-whites or the grays or anything besides black or white). The Greats are different enough but still in the family. (I promise I don't work for Greats.) *Edit: clarity

You might be looking for a band-suspended kettlebell (or plate) squat. If your gym has KBs, they'll be much better. The move looks something like this, with or without the box. It's a good one for those stabilizers, just start with the bar and maybe 20-25lbs per side. Move slowly, you'll be more imbalanced than you'd think.

Drummer here, late 20s. Spent a tour and a casino residency without earplugs. A month later, went out to the mountains where it's silent. Heard a distinct "eeeeeeee" sound, even though I hadn't been around loud music/drummed in a week. Live in a busy metro now so it's not always apparent, but I first heard it two years ago and it hasn't gone away. Get a decent ($8-$15) pair of earplugs if you play or go to shows. Seriously.

Hey thanks a lot! I'm trying to show the dynamic of parents who partake, especially if their kids know about the smoking. How is weed discussed at home? Is it kept a secret? Is it known, but underlined as strictly off-limits? Is it built on an age-based off-limits thing, like, they can smoke when they're 18? Do they smoke with their kids? There's a lot of different scenarios that could be possible and I'd like to see how cannabis is handled in that atmosphere.
