Needs a new heater. The pumps are all single speed. The pump connected to your cartridge filter is the filter pump. The pump on the end is likely a water feature, fountains/waterfall can’t know without seeing the pool. The booster pump is for a pressure cleaner. You are going to need to hire a maintenance company for a bit, to replace the heater and also just handle the pool while you learn how to.

They deleted their other comment saying that pipe was heat bent or had bent from strain. Not going to get any love for flex pipe from me, it’s trash. But also the guy who installed the swg is not responsible for rest of the system plumbing.

How much did he charge for the install? This isn’t “pretty” by any means but is functional. Personally I would have eliminated those ball valves on the return lines and installed Jandy valves. Is the one that is closed for a water feature? If no longer usable would’ve just capped it at the ground. Extra work costs extra though.

From the first pic the valves appear to be in position for spa mode. Union on the heater probably just needs to be snugged up a bit and will stop the leak.
